After indulging in the delicious Filipino boodle fight, I returned to p.i.a.cafeandrestaurant to explore their à la carte menu. This unique dining spot seamlessly blends the best authentic Filipino & Korean flavors, that promises a unique & delicious experience like no others!Choosing favorite dishes proved nearly impossible! The Pork Sisig immediately stood out, served on a sizzling plate that intensified its already packed flavors. It was irresistibly addictive! Another highlight was their best seller ,Grill Trio. The expertly grilled BBQ pork boasted an incredible smoky flavor that lingered delightfully on the palate, while the pork liempo skewers were equally yum. Chicken Inasal had skin so deliciously crispy tasted smoky & citrusy. Another winner was the Sizzling Pork BrisketItmight looked ordinary but it was so tender with a well balanced taste & even the edible cartilage was something you would savor in every bite. The Pancit Canton offered a comforting classic experience, thick noodles enveloped in savory sauce and veggies.PIA Cafe also serves amazing Korean Fried Chicken and I've been reminiscing about the flavourful succulent honey soy flavor. Each bite felt as if the chicken had undergone a honey soy spa day! €As@nomaroundbrisbane aptly described it, "this Honey Soy flavor wasn't just limited to the sauce like others, it was infused into every piece of meat, so delicious!"We thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing fruity seasonal bubble tea & lychee soda adorned with lychee jelly.And the classic Taro bubble tea was rich & creamy with string taro note .If you're seeking an extraordinary Filipino culinary adventure infused with Filipino flair and Korean zest, PIA Cafe is an absolute must-visit!
