This is a great example of
Small business and what goes in behind the scenes. When asking for discounts, sponsorships etc. you are asking a real person to take it out of their profit. We sponsor and support a LOT of people, more than most…… you aren’t asking a big corporation, you are asking a Mum with a family, a couple buying their first house, expectant parents, older generation about to retire. Discounts aren’t something anyone should ask for. We regularly allow the 10c or 30c off when customers don’t have it. If you think anything is expensive buy elsewhere but remember it won’t be fresh, handmade or taste anywhere near what we can make. If our sales go down, people lose their jobs almost instantly. So please, support your local businesses, your local community. Without this help, there will be no more shops, coffees, get togethers, feel good moments it will all be gone. You will think it doesn’t affect you but it does, massively as one third of Australia runs on small business. Support us, do not hate us. The government and the policies are the enemy, not local business.

We don’t normally post anything that is political however this article is excellent and is telling us what is going on. She writes it very well and the scary thing is it is incredibly true. Small business is dying and the working class and middle class are turning on each other. Australia is not the country it used to be and this affects everyone. Without small business and entrepreneurship there is no financial freedom. Huge companies are winning and the public is slowly being taught to see small business as the enemy. Whether it’s your local tradie, hairdresser, shop, cleaner….. these business are getting crippled by the continual knockdowns of policy change, unfair IR laws, red tape beyond a joke, councils, governments state and federal saying one thing and doing another for small business (we experience this often with local council alone) they promote women in business and then want to tear us down the next. The whole system is hypocritical yet no one is realising. They are making us the enemy. We don’t make the petrol prices higher, we don’t cause climate issues, we don’t make the tax rates etc etc. YET if we put our prices up, or don’t hire full time staff because it’s too risky for us or don’t pay obligations on time we are the enemy. Read this article….. as this affects everyone, everywhere and your financial freedom in the future. Thankyou for caring.
A warning about the slow destruction of financial independence in Australia.

We are hosting a wonderful concept…. Playgroups for little ones and a chance for Mums or Dads to relax whilst their little angels play. Our first one is today and is run by Kiara and we are so excited to have them at our venue. Every fortnight on Fridays are the plan at present.

Ever wondered why gelato tastes so rich and intense? 🍦
Gelato is churned with less air than regular ice cream, which means the flavours stay bold and concentrated. That’s why every spoonful feels smoother, creamier, and more satisfying.
It’s not magic. It’s just how great gelato is made.
