Ok let’s not sugar coat it and call it for what it is ! It’s an absolute stinker of a day today , cloudy , windy , rainy and there is more life in a morgue than along the waterfront today !
We are set up and ready and are looking around wondering why did we even open the doors for lunch !
It’s on days like this that small business on the waterfront needs your support !
So head on down to the esplanade , we always look at the positives and today it’s easy to find parking and turnaround on meals will be pretty damm quick !

Fuelling up on fattoush before heading off to NZ . When a fattoush favourite Jack Bostok messaged us tonight he said I need one of those tomahawks but I gotta pack for NZ. And don’t have the time to dine in . Chef Alan quickly threw one on the grill with some of our signature salads for takeaway for Jack to collect 🥗 to fuel up the dolphins superstar before this weeks final ! Thanks as always for popping in Jack ! That Tommy will give you the strength to leap high with your trademark catches in the sky for a definite 4 pointer this weekend . Best of luck to you and all the dolphins mate on your first finals game 👌💪

Today we got to spread a little happiness !
We have been a little concerned that one of our regulars that comes in each week without fail, hadn’t been in for a few weeks so when we spotted one of her dining companions today we asked if she was ok ( or if she had got a bad meal and choose not to come back ) turns out she has been in hospital the last few weeks doing it tough with some medical issues !
When we heard we packed up her favourite meal the “dolphin duo” and asked her friend to take it up for lunch on fattoush ! Needless to say it brightened her day !
Thanks jai for taking the food up to the hospital mate and passing on our well wishes. We’re glad to hear she was very happy to get her fattoush fix ❤️

As we wake up this morning a little worse for wear after a massive Father’s Day lunch yesterday . We want to take this moment to say thank you to all that joined us at fattoush bayside yesterday .
Firstly thank you to all our customers , thank you for your patience and understanding as food did get out a tad slower than usual due to us being at capacity ! We appreciate you all so much ! And thank you for your understanding and respect of our young crew
Thank you to our executive chef Alan Levanza and his kitchen crew whom not only cooked themselves silly but did it with discipline and dedication. We are truly blessed to have such a phenomenal crew that gave their absolute all yesterday !
To our front of house crew under the guidance of Scott , Taylor and kymmy thank you for a massive effort . The majority of our crew are part timers still at school and it’s their first time in the workforce and they gave it their absolute all yesterday, having never experienced such a rush they kept cool and composed and continued to get the orders out in a timely manner !
Thank you to everyone that came that laughed that enjoyed their Father’s Day at fattoush . We are truly humbled by your ongoing and continued support ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Annoucement Regarding Fathers Day !
Firstly we would like to thank all those that have made bookings for fathers day, we are humbled by your support.
Our Lunch seating is booked out from 11AM - 3Pm . we have now opened a new seating from 3:00 - 5:00 PM for those that would like an early dinner.
We Still have some availabilty on our 7Pm evening timeslot , Please feel free to give us a call on 0439 039 733 and we can do our best to secure you a table
Please note that inorder to facilitate all of our bookings tommorow, we ask that you please arrive ontime and adhere to our 90 Minute seating policy as we do have back to back reservations.
As it is fathers day and we are at capacity, We as a business have decided that tommorow we will not be Providing takeaway and our UBER Eats and Door Dash delivery service will not be available.
We need to ensure that not only our Kitchen and Floor Staff cope with the demand, but also ensure that our guests that are joining us, receive the first class service that Fattoush is renowned for.
Our Delivery and takeaway service will be back up and running when we reopen next week and we thank you all for your understanding

Redcliffe is buzzing this morning !
People are back out walking and soaking in the sun , we have switched on the fans for the first time since May ! The sun is being over the bay and into fattoush bayside . It’s picturesque and one of those morning when you stop and say , winter is over we can finally rise from hibernation.
We are open from 11AM and have ample availability for lunch and dinner today .
Seize the day we have our seniors lunch where seniors receive 20% off from 11AM -2PM with BYO Friday lunch with free corkage, it sure is a nice day for a w**e 🍷

Answering your questions about availability this weekend and for Father’s Day:
Tonight, Thursday, we have plenty of availability—bookings are recommended but not required, and walk-ins are welcome.
Friday, we still have ample spots for our Seniors Lunch with no booking necessary.
For Friday evening’s Phins Up at Fattoush, seats are filling fast, so bookings are recommended if you’d like to dine with us that night.
Saturday lunch is filling quickly, so bookings are advised, and Saturday dinner is also filling fast, with bookings strongly recommended.
For Father’s Day lunch, our first seating from 11:00 to 12:30 is fully booked, but there’s some availability from 1:30 PM—bookings are strongly recommended to secure the remaining spots.
For Father’s Day dinner, the 5:00 PM seating is sold out, but there’s still availability from 6:45 PM—again, we strongly advise booking to avoid disappointment.

We have had some fantastic feedback on our new spring menu which we launched yesterday , all our classic platters are all still here but we have added some additional salads and skewers to add some more variety . We have new burgers , new steaks and new seafood as well as some sensational desserts . **By Public Transport:**
