We reinvent our menu every few months to keep things fresh and exciting , however we didn’t expect the outcry we received when we decided to replace our Batata harra warm potato salad !
We honestly thought that during the summer months people would not want to eat a warm potato salad!
Man were we wrong !
When we get things wrong we put our hand up and right now we have both hands up and are here to say sorry
But it’s only a mistake if you don’t learn from it !
So the good news is on our new summer menu launching next week the Batata harra warm potato salad is back and here to stay !

What a week it’s been with today’s storms the icing on the cake as we made the decision to remain closed due to the inclement weather and our staffs Saftey on the roads .

Announcement ! 📣
We have made the decision to close fattoush bayside today due to the heavy rain and weather .
This is not a decision that we have taken lightly however some of our team members reside in areas where there is currently road closures and flash flooding . We really don’t want them on the roads trying to get to work some are currently off getting sand bags and their families Saftey should be their priority ❤️
The welfare and safety of our team takes precedence and we take pride in our “people over profit “ mantra at fattoush bayside.
The welfare and safety of our staff must take precedence in this regard.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause .
We will be back open tomorrow for lunch service and would really appreciate your support once this weather even passes
