Over time, Bien and I have noticed this one often does.
A gluten friendly orange and almond cake — light, balanced, and easy to share without feeling overly rich. It’s become a quiet favourite when something needs to work across a range of tastes.
We make this in a shared kitchen where gluten and other allergens are present, so it isn’t suitable for those with allergies. This cake is made on almond meal.
For those who can enjoy it, it’s one that tends to bring everyone to the table.

People often think a fudgy brownie just means soft.
But that’s usually where it goes wrong.
A really good brownie should cut cleanly and hold its shape, with a smooth, dense centre that softens as you eat it. If it doesn’t hold when you slice it, it’s not really doing the job.
After years of working with brownies, especially for sharing and delivery, we’ve found this is what people actually come back for. Not softness on its own, but something that works properly from the first cut.

Dello Mano Tattersalls Arcade Brownie shop is closed today. Some relaxation from the government is happening as you probably know so we will keep you posted.

We are open at our New Farm cake shop and trading for take away. We have coffee and lots of treats. Mothers Day gifts can be purchased at New Farm or online for Mother's day gift delivery, cake delivery, and of course brownie delivery. Order gifts online and organise pick up at New Farm or delivery. You can also call your personal shopper Bien on 0498002468 to organise and order and gift delivery or pick up.
