That’s why, when we were contacted to reimagine and renovate an ordinary room into a small fitness centre for Oxley Golf Club, it quickly became a no-brainer for both parties that our team would produce the exact result and outcome needed without any fuss or “sweat” on the client's behalf.
This setup was imagined by a guy who dreamed of starting a small business adjoining the existing Oxley Golf Club—a little gym to provide golfers with additional health and fitness facilities.
The existing room was renovated from floor to ceiling with new lighting, floors, mirrors, and air conditioning.

Everick Heritage, a past client of ours, approached us to rework their Brisbane office into a more fit-for-purpose professional environment.
Though floorspace was ample, it was clear a more considered layout was needed to maximise its potential. This would involve tearing down existing walls, installing new ones, and developing custom cabinetry solutions.
Central to the new plan was a well-appointed boardroom, something which we sought to create as efficiently as possible. We repurposed existing glass and aluminium for the door, while constructing its cupboards in our in-house workshop.
Its most striking aspect - the wood-look battens that run along the breadth of the ceiling - amplifies the appearance of space while lending a modern yet timeless aesthetic. Similar timber slats appear in the corridor and waiting room, the latter of which integrates the feature seamlessly into a tailor-made dual seating arrangement.
Natural hues and textures likewise extend to the revitalised kitchenette, which now boasts the storage, plumbing, and electrical amenities needed by staff and guests.

Axial Training and International College contacted our team about performing a simple upgrade of their head office in Eight Mile Plains. Though spacious and undeniably modern, it lacked the private offices needed by their management and executive staff. Fortunately, Fast Fitouts has extensive experience reworking the layout of corporate environments.
Sound-insulated plasterboard walls were fitted in order to create four private offices, which avoid feeling overly isolated thanks to the use of partially frosted glass. New air registers were added in these spaces to ensure comfort, while a fresh coat of paint helps carry the existing theming throughout these alterations.
Due to its scale and our experience in performing office refurbishments, this project was able to be completed in just a matter of days. The business now has all the facilities it needs to run effectively and efficiently, and the office is vastly more fit-for-purpose.

Once a spacious albeit entirely unremarkable corporate environment, Pro AV Solutions’ new office in Milton is now dripping with character and modern amenities
It was clear that a new layout was needed to make this workspace fit for purpose, but it was important to both the client and us that waste was minimised. To this end, we began dismantling the existing interior, making sure to salvage glass, aluminium, and doors wherever possible. We repurposed these in the new fit-out, which combines natural textures and eye-catching colours in a striking display of modern office design.
This airy space features a number of custom cabinetry pieces, such as the kitchen and reception desk. Constructed in-house by our expert team, their timber and stone materials exude a welcoming aesthetic that complements the newly fitted ceiling battens.

Limited space doesn’t mean you have to put up with a second-rate working environment. In fact, it only takes a few small-scale alterations to create an intuitive office that staff and clients love. Take Defendable Technologies for example.
After moving into the northern Brisbane suburb of Wilston, it was clear to these ICT specialists that their new base of operations wasn’t quite fit-for-purpose. Along with inefficient use of the available area, there was a notable shortage of private offices or consulting rooms - a real concern for a business that deals with sensitive matters.
Upon meeting with the owners of Defendable Technologies we quickly produced a design that would better utilise their floorspace and provide the amenities they need to perform optimally.

Roti Place, a valued former client, approached us to design and fit out a new restaurant in Brisbane's C*D. Given the prime location, short-term lease and limited budget. We’re proud to say the constraints didn’t impact the quality of the result.
The result showcases Roti Place's distinctive brand identity through a thoughtful blend of bold, tasteful colours and contrasting textures, including timber, marble, and lush greenery, creating a unique dining atmosphere.
In addition to the front-of-house area, our team also overhauled the kitchen, equipping it with ample stainless steel workspaces and appliances that enable staff to work efficiently and ergonomically.

One of the most important aspects of relocating your business is making sure your new space reflects your brand.
Redland Coast Properties wanted to do just that when they contacted us about upgrading their recently leased office in Victoria Point.
The aesthetic they wanted to achieve with this renovation can best be described as ‘coastal’. The office needed to have a relaxed yet upmarket blend of natural textures, neutral colours, and tasteful furnishings, while still remaining practical for both staff and clients.
Though simple, these changes culminated in an intuitive office that projects the brand's homely yet professional nature.

What first strikes you when stepping into Hair Colour Cafe is its vibrant, welcoming aesthetic.
Given its eye-catching nature, you’d be forgiven for assuming it required countless man-hours and an exorbitant budget to create. The truth is, this project came together quickly and affordably thanks to smart design choices, a few simple changes, and skilful in-house construction.
The vision for Hair Colour Cafe was clear from the start: create a store that ‘wows’ clients while also being practical for staff. It needed to stand out from the crowd without feeling over the top, and feature efficient storage and display options.

One of the key components of this renovation was the new layout. The Fast Fitouts team achieved this by demolishing unwanted walls, installing new doors, and removing brickwork in favour of an inviting, glass-centric facade. In addition to improving the usable front-of-house area, these changes allowed natural light to create a bright, airy aesthetic.

Rosalie Gourmet Market was given the chance to extend the floorspace of their thriving Paddington boutique. The vision for the expansion was clear, but the budget was limited, and any upgrades needed to be completed quickly to avoid disrupting their existing trade.
With these concerns in mind, we devised a solution that would maintain the shop’s homely, inviting theme while maximising the new area’s potential.

Things move fast in the hospitality business. With ever-changing tastes and endless competition, you have to offer something special if you want to keep your head above the froth.
Brisbane cafe Beyond the Brew are very familiar with this. Though they were well regarded within the community of Fitzgibbon, they knew a refurb was needed to keep their store fresh and new customers coming in. Their minimalist furnishings were beginning to look a little dated and basic, and they wanted to transform their image from ‘basic lunch cafe’ to that of a trendy boutique urban cafe. They also sought to expand their operation to include light evening dining and functions.

NDIS support provider Hilltop Caring approached Fast Fitouts to establish a new head office. The location was bare other than the kitchen, and they needed a simple, cost-effective fit out that would accommodate expansion of their business now and into the future.
To separate the space into private offices and shared environments, sound-insulated plasterboard walls were fitted along with aluminium frame glass doors and full height clear glass panels. Existing walls were refreshed with a coat of paint, while tired flooring was replaced with carpet tile throughout.
A raft of new power points and data points were installed to service these areas, as well as a reconfigured LED lighting solution and revamped air conditioning. Together they make for a fit-for-purpose, comfortable, and adaptable workspace.
