Ingredients:
2 High Protein Lower Carb Wholemeal Rolls
2 tbsp basil pesto
6 slices turkey breast
6 slices prosciutto
4 slices provolone cheese, cut to fit
10 sundried tomatoes, sliced
1 cup rocket

Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp honey
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Method:
Step 1: Slice each roll in half horizontally.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, honey, salt and pepper until combined.
Step 3: Spread ½ tbsp pesto over the cut side of each bun half.
Step 4: Layer the turkey, prosciutto, provolone, sundried tomatoes and rocket onto the bottom Step 5: Drizzle the rocket generously with the dressing.
Step 6: Top with the remaining bun halves and gently press down.
Step 7: Slice each sandwich in half and serve immediately

Ingredients:
* 1 Bakers Delight Lamington Scroll
* 150g chocolate custard
* 150ml whipped cream
* 2 tbsp raspberry compote or raspberry jam
* 2 tbsp coconut flakes
* Fresh raspberries, to garnish
* Extra whipped cream, to garnish
* 2-3 small lamington slice squares, to garnish

Method
1. Break the Lamington Scroll into bite-sized pieces
2. Spoon a layer of chocolate custard into the bottom of a tall milkshake glass
3. Add a layer of lamington scroll pieces
4. Top with a layer of whipped cream
5. Sprinkle over coconut flakes and add a spoonful of raspberry compote or jam
6. Repeat the layers of chocolate custard, Lamington Scroll, whipped cream, coconut flakes and raspberry compote until the glass is full
7. Finish with a generous swirl of whipped cream
8. Garnish with extra coconut flakes, fresh raspberries and lamington slice squares before serving
