Our Evolution & Goodbye From ZA ZA TA - Thank you Brisbane!
After six years of bold flavours, and vibrant nights, ZA ZA TA has closed its doors ready for some exciting new developments.
From the very beginning, we blended Middle Eastern flavours with contemporary dishes and created something that will never be forgotten. To our incredible friends, followers, and team members, Thank you! Your love of the venue, and support allowed us to exist, and push the envelope on dining with purpose.
We will also continue the legacy of ZA ZA TA through ensuring some of the menu favourites and offerings such as the Halloumi donuts, Pistachio Ice-cream Sandwich and Harem High Tea live on at Kazba, our all day dining, and bar venue just next door. The Magic of ZA ZA TA will flow through Kazba, and create a casual, yet upbeat atmosphere experienced nowhere else in town.
The Conservatory Dining Room at ZA ZA TA will evolve to a private event space to meet the demand for weddings, social soirees, business meetings, and even private dinners so you can still enjoy the venue, and host events. Afterall, we know you love this indescribable space, just as much as we do.

Oh wait a second… There is one more thing.
As we wind down ZA ZA TA, we are shifting our attention to a brand new concept at Ovolo the Valley, and it will take us to new heights (hint hint). Believe it or not, later this year we will be introducing a new bar on our rooftop pool deck, that will be open to anyone in the city, looking to quench their thirst, and soak up the sun.
