Better late than never! Gouden Carolus Wh**ky Infused and Gouden Carolus Classic were supposed to be a part of Belgian B**r Week, but they literally missed the boat.
The ship has finally docked, the kegs are chilling in our cold room, and we are giving these two Belgian powerhouses the dedicated showcase they deserve on Thursday, September 17.
ON THE BOARD:

The Reckless Brewing Pit-Crew is pulling into Saccharomyces for an epic birthday pit-stop. This Saturday (September 12) we are celebrating 7 years of Reckless Brewing with a massive 16-tap takeover, custom birthday b**r-cocktails, and proper racetrack shenanigans!
The Reckless crew is flying up with their official race suits and we are turning the afternoon into a high-octane birthday celebration. The Wheel of Wonder is making a return with some epic b**r tray (like a meat tray but with some tinnies) give aways. We cannot wait!

On September 19 we are going traditional. For our first Oktoberfest, we are sticking to the classics. Our taps will be pouring six heavy-hitting, authentic German taps packed with centuries of Bavarian brewing history and serving up some classic German dishes.

Our Bone Marrow & Brisket Rillettes have become somewhat of a crowd favourite. Slow cooked brisket with onion and bone marrow served in the bone with toasted bread is perfect for sharing, but we understand if you want it all for yourself.

To help celebrate we are having a massive 16-tap takeover, custom birthday b**r-cocktails, and proper racetrack shenanigans! The b**rs will be pouring all day, but if you are keen for some party games and give aways get in between 3pm and 6pm to rub shoulders with the Reckless Pit Crew.

We’re a bit slow on the IPA Day recap, but the results are officially in: Seven Mile WCIPA has taken out the crown yet again! 👑🦁
Turns out your palates are sharp as tack with pretty much everyone who played correctly identified the 7 Mile tap and dutifully voted it their top Westie. Unstoppable. 💚
As for the rest of the board:
Red IPAs: Archer took out top spot with a cracking red drop! 🧡
Hazy IPAs: Range Dreams went back-to-back, taking the title for the second year running! 💛
