Easter Brunch on the way !
You don't want to miss this π€
23/03/2026
We just miss the flavour of this italian staple so much that we had to focus a whole night around it!
Traditional from Liguria this delight feature two paper-thin, yeast-free dough layers filled with melted crescenza baked until crispy and golden, producing a light, gooey, and crunchy texture, often with holes on top to allow steam to escape.
Tradition doesnβt need toppings but here we want to offer a night of focaccia di recco degustation as a classic and with various toppings.
What a better way to celebrate Easter Monday
$50 per person
all you can eat focaccia di recco

What people say
Acciuga Restaurant on Brighton Road is a contemporary Italian gem that truly shines when it comes to seafood. The restaurant's commitment to transforming simple ingredients into dishes that boast an expensive taste is evident in every bite.
One standout dish is the homemade split peas tofu, paired with sous vide eggplant and a delightful garlic & basil sauce. This 100% vegan option surprises diners with its depth of flavor, showcasing the kitchen's dedication to extracting maximum taste from each ingredient. It's a must-try for both vegans and non-vegans alike.
Another highlight is their homemade potato gnocchi, which features mussels, vongole, scamorza affumicata, and a refreshing touch of green apple. These cloud-like potato pillows are infused with strong sea flavors from the seafood and complemented by a concentrated fish broth. The addition of crunchy green apple may sound unconventional, but it elevates the dish to new heights.
Acciuga Restaurant has also recently extended its hours to include Sunday nights, responding to popular demand and making it even more accessible for those looking to indulge in exquisite Italian cuisine any day of the week. With its focus on quality ingredients and innovative dishes, Acciuga promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you eager for your next visit.
