Bloodhound Bar is a bar and restaurant located on Brunswick Street that prides itself in serving an ever-changing selection of craft beers. The building was originally constructed in 1882 and features original brick walls, open fireplaces, and high ceilings. Besides beer, Bloodhound also serves delicious cocktails, wines, spirits, mouth-watering burgers & share plates, and authentic Mexican soft-corn tortilla tacos. Nightjar Bar upstairs provides a relaxed lounge seating area with excellent views of the surrounding area.

To get to Brunswick Street Fortitude Valley, you can take a train or bus to Fortitude Valley Station which is on the other side of the road. After alighting from either public transport at the station, walk towards the end of Wickham Street and then turn right and walk along Ann Street. Turn left onto Brunswick Street where you will find restaurants, bars and cafes on both sides of the street.
If you are driving, there are several paid parking options available in the surrounding streets such as Ann Street and Alfred Street. Alternatively, there is also a paid car park located at 400 Brunswick St – McWhirters car park.
Please note that while these directions lead to Brunswick Street Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, they may not necessarily lead you directly to Bloodhound Bar as multiple restaurants/bars exist on this street.
