Dash on Quay is a coffee shop and cafeteria with two locations in Brisbane's CBD. Their main street location can be found on North Quay, but they also recently opened their new venue on Charlotte Street offering great coffee, goodies and service from 6am to 2:15pm from Monday to Friday. The Herschel street location is open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 11am serving takeaway-only orders. They prioritize providing excellent barista/all-rounder experience for quick-service takeaways.
