Some say it was first whispered into existence by a Czech pastry grandmother who beat a French pâtissier in an arm wrestle.
Some say the custard is so silky it has its own postcode, and that the icing sugar is just Moreton Bay sunrise collected in a jar.
All we know is… our Vanilla Slice is here. Flaky pastry, thick vanilla cream, a little floral drama, and the kind of first bite that makes you go quiet for a second.
Baked in-house. Best enjoyed with a locally roasted coffee and that bay view doing its thing.
