LOCK IN THE 18th of JULY for our next Indie Author Night, where we celebrate all things literature! Bonus points because it will also be the launch of Sophie Wright’s debut book, Shattered Realms!! I’m so excited to say that we have sold out of her first run of books, in a few days!! Woohoo!!

A minute of your life spent appreciating our beautiful friend, Silvana Siliato. There’s a group of us who all met right here at Little Gnome. We started as a book club, a gardening club, a craft group and during the past eleven years, we have remained close friends. We always love supporting our most awesome friends, Silvana, in her theatre productions.
Get along to Mates Theatre and see Quartet, a play about growing old but never losing sight of who you are.

I can’t love this enough!! Sophie Wright is our beloved staff member - an official Gnomie! At 16, she has written her first book, with the front cover illustrated by her Grandma! A real family affair!
Save the date - 18th of July, 5pm. We will be having a book launch for this most awesome Gnomie.
Shattered Realms sees 3 lands that were split over a hundred years ago, now facing a mysterious dark force that is hell bent on bringing them back together!
The 3 rulers of each land are quite content with their kingdoms and must join forces to stop the DARK from happening! Vampires, werewolves and warlocks come together, despite their animosity for each other, to fight for their home and way of life.
Take a chance folks. Self published, first time authors, are putting their art out into the world and it can be quite a daunting process! But it takes a reading community to come together to support them. This is the first stepping stone for many.
We hope to see you all on the 18th of July as we celebrate all things SOPHIE WRIGHT!
It will also be the date of our Indie Author night, so an even better excuse to celebrate all things literature and local!!

I’m having so much fun in the new Little Gnome Mobile. A comically tiny truck! Anywho, I’m also having a good time reading a number of books, including one written by one of our amazing Gnomie staff, Sophie. We will be having a book launch for her soon and her books will be available in store very soon!!
I love that we get to celebrate local artists, writing, illustrating, editing and so much more!

Folks, due to surgery, we will be operating on sporadic and limited opening hours for a few weeks.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 7.30am till 2pm
Thursday 7.30-4
Normal hours over the weekend.
We will be closed on Labour Day and Friday the 8th.
These disruptions may go on for just under a month.

Proud to volunteer at the ANZAC DAY dawn service for the Manly Lota Sub Branch RSL once again.
Such a beautiful and caring community. Big love to the Rotary Club for putting on such a great gunfire breakfast!!
Every year, at 2am, this amazing community comes together to set up speakers, marquees, chairs and coordinate a wonderful and solemn service. I love being a part of it.
Congratulations to the Sub Branch crew and to all the people who marched, the bands, choir and volunteers.

Big love to everyone who came along last night!! What a fab way to kick off our events returning to Little Gnome.
Was also amazing to see so many people travel from overseas (Brisbane north side😜). Love that the power of independent artists can draw so many wonderful people to them.
