I'm still here....just doing things differently. Loving this inspiration of a 6 tier red velvet. Creamy cheese frosting and some marscapone because I love the sour taste and then pairing it with cream cheese and icing sugar just seems to work. This was for an engagement with hand picked flowers and native greens from my garden.

Such a joy making this for Georgia and her husband on their special day on the weekend....she just wanted vanilla. So I created vanilla mudcake with my buttercream that tastes like vanilla ic-cream. Soft and subtle colours and beautiful dahlias topped it if for a lovely celebration 🍾

Happy Days to Kylie and Casey!
What a way to end a week. The bottom layer was chocolate mudcake with gooey caramel, and the top was vanilla bean and butterscotch.
Themed as per the invitation of blues and whites. Getting married by the beach at Coolum. Hope your day was stunning. Congratulations to you both x💙🤍🩵

Layers filled with crushed raspberries and chocolate ganache. Roses from Laidley adorned with fresh raspberries and some hidden chocolate glitter drops.

was seriously levitating when making this science themed cake for Oscar. Using a periodic table spelling out his name. It created "Rich and Rare and a Winner of Hearts"
I filled the vanilla buttercakewith some salted whipped caramel filling. What about that beaker, though!! Spilling out malted almonds.. .Ummm Yummm! Happy Days Oscar 🙂🙃

I was asked to do a replica of a Women's Day cake that my friends son had dreamed of it as a little boy for his birthday. Clearly, as the years gone by, it never happened until now that he has turned 21.... Yep, 21 years of waiting, hahha!

It's certainly not everyday that you are lucky enough to celebrate your parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. With all the family and friends around. My parents were so humbled by the love and joy that surrounded them.
I thoroughly enjoyed making them an amazing cake with all our favourite flavours. My niece happily brought the bling to the cake. They were taken back by a personalised message from King Charles too....May they continue to shine bright like diamonds and keep that special love going today and always. 🩶🤍🩶🤍🌟

Simple delicious and just what you could want for an engagement 💍. Congratulations to Belinda and Lachie. I have known this cute couple for ages and was stoked to make this for them. Whipped caramel and marscapone with butter fudge all inside this butterscotch vanilla cake. Happy Days ###

What a Great start to the weekend. I went to my dearest friend Sharon's wedding as she married her love Alex. The cake needed to be Boho. Each layer was delicate. Apple and berry jam. White chocolate and cream cheese. The top however was Tiramisu. A combination of their heritages. Mark made the wreath which had symbols of peace, connection and vitality. Olive, coffee and sea folley. Gorgeous day filled with all the good vibes x

Blending into 2023 like.....
It's been 1 year since leaving Lift. Wow that went quick! I'm still being creative but I'm taking it at a pace that is more comfortable
I have learnt a lot about myself and what is Important to me.
