Sometimes the smallest design changes completely change the feeling of a space.
From coffee cups to table colours to now this wall… watching Rising Sun Rituals slowly come to life exactly how we imagined has been the fun part.

let’s make a shaken latte…
espresso, brown sugar, a touch of cinnamon. shaken like a cocktail, poured over milk and ice. smooth, a little sweet, and made for the non cold cream drinkers.
simple, but it hits every time.

Barista experience essential — you know your way around an espresso machine
All-rounder mentality — happy to work across coffee, food prep, and front of house
Reliable, positive attitude, and able to work well under pressure
Comfortable with early morning starts (5:30 AM)
Team player who takes pride in great coffee and customer service

emily shaking this one properly — ice, espresso and that perfect chill before it hits the milk. it’s what gives it that smooth, slightly frothy finish you don’t get from a regular iced latte.
simple, but it makes all the difference.

we weren’t sure at first… but the balance of sweet maple with that subtle salty finish just hits
it’s one of those drinks you try once… and then keep thinking about

Have you heard of a dirty hojicha?
It’s one of those drinks that sounds a bit confusing… but makes total sense once you try it.
A dirty hojicha is roasted hojicha (think nutty, toasty, low bitterness) topped with a shot of espresso.
So you get that smooth, cosy tea flavour with a little coffee kick through it.
Less grassy than matcha, a bit more comforting, and honestly very easy to drink.
