By the time a cherry reaches us, it's already telling a story; and our job is to make sure we listen before we do anything else.

A good espresso shot usually sits around 27 seconds.
Give or take a couple either side.
That time window is where balance tends to sit!
Enough extraction for sweetness and body, without pushing too far.
If your coffee isn’t tasting right, this is a good place to start.
Small adjustments to grind size will bring it back into range.

1. **Train:** Take a train to the nearest station, which is Mango Hill Station on the Redcliffe Peninsula Line.

3. **Walking:** Once you get off the bus, it’s a short walk to your destination along Flinders Parade.
