Hello internet friends, sadly Hoo Ha is closing permanently as of tomorrow (6th of March)
We couldn't secure another lease with our landlord, and are not up for another relocation unfortunately.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that supported us throughout the years.
From 41 Tribune Street, to 59 Melbourne Street and finally 109 Melbourne Street.
Small business is extremely hard, we've ridden all the highs and lows and truly would not have survived this long without our incredible customers.
To all our employees over the years. Thank you for all your hard work, passion and dedication. It has been a very fun and wild ride. We have been very fortunate to have worked with some wonderful people.
All the best HHCB crew

Open today until we're not busy.
Most likely, back to normal tomorrow.

Due to the advice from the government, we've decided not to open tomorrow as previously planned.
We're confident our little shop can withstand Alfred's wrath and hope that everyone stays safe over the next few days.
See you on the other side of this whirly wind!

Just a late update to our trading hours over Christmas folks.
We were originally going to be open this Friday and Saturday.
However, after a crazy year, we've decided to take a little more time to spend with the people that matter most.
We hope everyone has a safe and happy Holiday period.

It’s been more than a decade since we started the original Hoo Ha Bar, and since then we’ve moved multiple times, tried and failed, and met some devout regulars, but beyond all that we owe the most to our staff. Short term or long term, hospitality is nothing without the people. Thanks, from us.

The independent coffee served here is top-notch, and the crafty drinks are not to be missed. Hoo Ha also prides itself on serving local food, which is evident in their menu offerings. The Wild Kangaroo & Native Anise Myrtle Salami is a must-try for those looking to explore new flavors.
