Meet a couple of the faces behind your Nambour coffee runs, Issy and Mark.☕
This year, Issy is celebrating an incredible 10 years with Zarraffa's. From starting as a 15-year-old on after-school shifts to now leading the floor as Supervisor, she's become a familiar face to customers and a mentor to many of our younger team members.
Alongside her is Store Manager Mark. While he's officially been part of the herd for just over two years, Zarraffa's has been part of his family's story for much longer. These days, he works alongside his husband, daughter and the wider Nambour crew, making it a true family-run store. And yes, Dad jokes are still very much part of the daily operations.😅
Together, Mark and Issy have created a welcoming team culture in Nambour while continuing to support local schools, clubs and the community through our backyard policy each year.🤎
If you're a Nambour local, chances are you've already met them. If not, pop in and say hello to the team next time you're in store.

Say hello to this little cutie, Costa the Loggerhead Sea Turtle hatchling. 🐢💚
After being found floating in the ocean, Costa was brought to the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital for care. Weighing just 36 grams on arrival, about the size of a golf ball! The team soon discovered he had ingested plastic, a threat faced by far too many sea turtles due to marine pollution.
Thanks to the expert care and hard work of the Wildlife Hospital team, Costa was freed of the plastic, regained his strength and was successfully released back into the ocean where he belongs. 🌊
As an endangered species, every individual plays an important role in protecting the future of these incredible creatures.
Safe travels, Costa, and thank you to the incredible team for helping patients like Costa get a second chance. 💚

Kelly started at Zarraffa’s has grown up alongside the brand, building a journey shaped by passion, leadership and dedication. Meanwhile, Ren has become a true drive thru wiz, recognising many regulars just by the sound of their voice over the speaker, remembering their usual order and even their Z Card numbers!
