Join us on Thursday 29 October for a day of delicious food, sustainability, and community as we come together to celebrate World Vegan Day ahead of its official date on 1 November.
This event is going to be HUGE and we're partnering with the Social Change Lab, UQ Sustainable Innovators Club, Plant Based Treaty Australia & New Zealand, UQ Climate and UQ Climate & Energy - formerly SEN and others. Expect plant-based food trucks and stalls serving burgers, hot dogs, baked treats, donuts, and more.
Over on the Grassy Knoll, enjoy interactive activities, hear from guest speakers, and explore how our food choices can shape a more sustainable future.
Whether you're vegan, veg-curious, or simply looking for a great lunch and a fun campus event, everyone is welcome. Just come on down to Campbell Place between 10am-2pm to learn, connect and celebrate World Vegan Day with us. We look forward to seeing you there!
