tomorrow is market day in the cityyy! ☺️ we love seeing our regulars each & every week 💕
AAAAND since you asked- so we are bringing Apple turnovers again!
PS: turnovers, doughnuts & cinnamon rolls arrive at 9:30am cos we make them fresh that morning & with everything we have to bake, they only leave the bakery at 9am for the city! 🍎🍩 But we are set up with all the other yummies from 7am!

we know it’s winterrr & we were about to take these off the menu butttt they’ve been more popular than ever ✨😋🍓
Berry & tropical smoothies- made with real fruit & your choice of mylk & add on protein powder 👏 we use a clean yummy vegan protein powder! Plus we make sure they don’t taste like banana only (pet peeve..sorry 🍌 you just take over the show sometimes!)
Also for our Pilates friends we are doing a special @ $9 a protein smoothie for the next 2 weeks 💪🍍🥭

We made & donated this cake to The Vegan Society of Queensland for their AGM 🍓🍫 we made a chocolate strawberry cake for them 🍰 hope they enjoyed it!

How delicious were those hot dogs today! 😍
Also we did not realise that we had such a perfect spot with shade to host today’s bbq- it worked out perfectly! 🔥🌭😋
Also thank you to everyone that waited patiently in the queue & for your drinks, we put in our best today and it was much bigger than expected 💕
We heard that today’s fundraiser target was more than doubled which is a huge huge success and win for the animals! 🥹🙌

Another epic weekend has come and gone, and the bakery is practically glowing! 🍰✨🍵 ty everyone that’s dropped in this weekend! we’ve been on our toes 🏃♀️
Matcha has completely taken over! Before we unveil the next flavour, you need to get your hands on an iced matcha with maple sea salt cold foam 🍁
And while you’re here, the walnut brownies are also having their moment!! Super fudgy & only sticking around for the next two weeks, so don’t sleep on them.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been in full cookie mode, rolling out hundreds of stuffed cookies and planning the next flavour! 😍

I started Veganyumm almost 10 years ago, and 4 years ago I became a mum 🤍
Before having kids, I truly didn’t know if I’d be able to keep running a business while raising little humans.
And honestly… some days are really hard. (Actually, a lot of the days are 😅)
Motherhood has stretched me in ways I never expected, balancing work, trying to look after myself, carrying the mental load, and somehow attempting to be present for all of it and take it all in (because they’re only little for so long right?)
There are days where the house is a mess, the to-do list never ends, and someone always needs something from me the second I sit down 🥹
Little kids are beautiful, but they are also exhausting 😆 and let’s not forget mum guilt 😒 always a feeling that I need to be doing more.
But in the middle of all that chaos, motherhood has also given me a deeper sense of purpose.
Some of my favourite ideas for Veganyumm were created during late nights (RIP my 😴) And even on the hard days, I love showing up because this bakery has made motherhood feel a little lighter, giving me creative fulfilment & purpose outside of being “mumma” and reminding me that I’m still me, too 🤍 I love being a mum & running Veganyumm! 🥹
I want my children to grow up seeing that you can build something meaningful while still being a loving parent 🤍
I know so many mums are navigating this same season doing their best with full hearts and very little spare time feeling like they just aren’t able to do it all at once. So today is just a little reminder to celebrate yourself too. Your house does not need to be spotless, you do not need to have everything together, and you are allowed to feel exhausted sometimes!
If you’re loving your kids and doing your best, you’re already doing an amazing job 🤍

We have gone all out today baking up the biggest Mother’s Day menu we’ve ever done!!
Ps if you call us- we may not answer straight away, it gets bussyyyyy! PSS : don’t call us to secure a box of 🧁- just come in, we got the goods 🤩
ALSO: side note from the owner, it’s one of our busiest days in the year & I’ll be spending it with my babies, wish I could be around to support the team when it gets hectic but the team will look after you as best as they can 🫶

Only 10 of the little cakes available 🎂 (orders ATE this year so that’s all we could manage!)
HOLY CANNOLI- we’ll be making 400 but they too… don’t hang around too long! We got a lil tasting station for you to sample them 😋🌰🍫

The pastry is F L A K Y the filling is delicious with a hint of cinnamon & taking a bite the yummy CREAM makes every single bite worth it 😍 (also it’s big, but it won’t be shareable 😌)
