Where it all started. The Hick. Who remembers the old Murarrie Friday special?
We did this burger as a Friday burger special only. I made 30 of them and sold out easily so a couple of weeks later we did it again and prepped 60, again, we sold out. A few weeks went by and word was out. We made 100 of these and we sold out in pre orders before lunch time even hit!!
I hated prepping these and didn’t want to put them on a full time menu but the people were getting vocal & demanded them with fists raised 😂
This was an early chapter in the evolution of our burger joint.

1. Buffalo Fried chicken loaded fries, bacon, pickles, liquid cheese & house buttermilk ranch (GF)
2. Buffies Box- Buffalo fried chicken tenders, fries and buttermilk ranch (GF)
3. Buffalo Burger- buffalo dipped tenders, bacon, cheese, iceberg lettuce, pickles & buttermilk ranch sauce (GF when requested on GF bun)

To get to Miller Street Murarrie in Brisbane, you can take the train to Murarrie station and then walk about 10 minutes to reach the street. Alternatively, you can take bus no. 227 and get off at the Miller St stop, which is only a short walk away from the street.
If you are driving, you can take Wynnum Road and turn onto Creek Road. Then turn onto Lytton Road before turning left onto Miller Street. There is limited on-street parking available in the area but there are also several paid parking lots nearby. Please note that some parking areas may have time restrictions.
