Meet Blake Holland (right), owner of Cool Meat Direct in Oxley. Blake and his fantastic team of butchers handle our beef portioning, vacuum sealing and are responsible for our exciting range of gluten-free sausage packs being launched this weekend in Benowa!
When we first connected with Cool Meat Direct and shared our vision of adding fresh meats to complement our premium seafood, Blake instantly recognised our shared values and was eager to get involved.
Since 2012, Blake and his father have been running their business, building a name as industry leaders known for their commitment to farm-fresh quality with good old-fashioned service. These guys have done the hard yards and deserve a visit if you are ever over that way!

Anyways we are trading over the long weekend as usual. The shop will be stacked high for barbecues.
We will continue to keep prices sharp while we absorb the fuel levy. Fuel has already come back a bit - I wonder if the majors have too 😉

Enjoy the Dawn Service, have a couple of pots at the pub, take some money off the young minors and come to Cool Meats for lunch.
