Fun fact: this dough takes two full days before it’s ready to use. 🍕
To get that signature Paninni’s crust, we use a custom blend of two flours, a slow cold ferment, and an experienced pizzaiolo who knows how to stretch the dough and read the wood fire.
When you only use four or five toppings, there’s nowhere to hide. Every ingredient has to pull its weight.
Put it all together, and you get the airy, blistered crust of Naples, the light crispness of Rome, and big, honest flavours that speak for themselves.
