This week’s specials are 🤌✨ We’re bringing together smoky, spicy, and sweet flavours you won’t find on the regular menu. A few highlights:
🧀 Grilled Australian Figs Fresh figs, butter-grilled until caramelised, paired with creamy goat’s cheese, balsamic glaze, rocket, and smoked speck. The perfect balance of sweetness and deep, smoky saltiness.
🦪 Fresh Australian Mussels Live mussels cleaned in-house, tossed in our signature 4-hour slow-cooked Napoli sauce with garlic, light chilli, and red wine. Served with warm, house-made focaccia - the only way to finish that sauce.
