The Jam Pantry on Logan Road in Brisbane is a must-visit breakfast and brunch restaurant. This funky cafe is all about using fresh produce to create delicious meals, with a focus on their unique and tasty preserves. It's no wonder they were awarded Cafe of the Year QLD in 2018!
Their menu is constantly evolving, with new and exciting dishes being added regularly. Their recent addition of the Smoked Salmon Bagel is a standout - two fried eggs inside a bagel, topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese, melted mozzarella cheese, pickled apple, radish & asparagus salad, sesame seeds, and hollandaise sauce.
The Jam Pantry also caters to different dietary requirements with their Vegan & Vegetarian Menu featuring delicious options like the Wombok Rolls with carrot, caramel onion, mushroom, rosti, roasted garlic potato and crispy enoki mushroom. They even have special menus for occasions like Mother's Day where they served up Caramelised White Chocolate Pancakes and an Omelette with chorizo, cabbages, sweet corn, parmesan and takoyaki sauce.
