Founded by friends Nathan Zukerman, Aaron Wilson, and Joey Day, the idea for the restaurant came about when they were hand picking cucumbers for a pickle factory. Inspired by their search for the perfect burger, they decided to open their own place where they could create the burgers Joey had been dreaming of since 1997.
