You told us what you wanted to see from our evening service, and we’ve been listening! ❤️
Here’s what you had to say…
🍽️ 75% of you haven’t visited us for dinner yet! Honestly… you’re missing out! 😍 Our dinner menu brings the same quality food and amazing service you expect from Putia, but with a completely different evening atmosphere.
🎶 28% would love live music!
We’d love that too! We’re looking into what we can make happen because dinner, drinks and a little live music sounds pretty good to us. 🎸
🍷 63% would love pricing specials like date nights, happy hours or w**e specials.
This is something we’re currently looking into, so watch this space!
💰 73% expect to spend between $35–$60 per person.
The good news? That lines up nicely with our average spend per head. With tapas from $14 a plate and w**e from $13 a glass, you can enjoy a Putia Night without breaking the bank.

📊 Putia Census: What would bring you back more often?
You’ve told us what you love about Putia, so we wanted to know what would encourage you to visit us even more! ❤️
And you certainly gave us some ideas…
🥗 24% would love to see more frequent menu changes. We’re now introducing daily salad and pasta specials to keep things fresh and give you something new to try.
🎶 20% would love to see live music at Putia. We’d love it too, and we’re looking into what we can make happen!
🎁 20% would like to see a loyalty program. This is something we’re actively working on, while making sure we find a solution that’s financially viable and keeps your data secure.
❤️ 40% of you said you already visit us as often as you can! We’ll take that as a pretty big compliment. 🥰
Then there was one suggestion we heard loud and clear…
🚗 PARKING! 😂
Unfortunately, that’s one thing we can’t do much about. But with Banyo train station directly across the road and fares starting from just 50c, why not let someone else do the driving?! 😉

Almost 150 of you took the time to share your thoughts with us, and we’re so grateful. ❤️
So, what did we learn?
☕ 50% of you visit Putia at least once a month
🍴 80% come for the quality of our food and coffee
❤️ 65% mentioned our service as a reason you keep coming back
🥰 And most of you come to share the experience with friends, family or your partner.
Putia has always been about good food, good coffee and bringing people together, so knowing that’s how you see us means so much.
Of course, you also gave us a few things to work on… and yes, parking came up more than once! 😂🚗
We’re listening, and we’ll be sharing more of the results and what we plan to do with your feedback soon.
