Today marks one year since we took over Putia 💛
From day one, you’ve all made us feel right at home.

Not everything in this world belongs to us.
Beneath bark and moss, behind tiny doors no taller than your hand, the old magic still lingers. The fair folk have always lived quietly at Putia.
But time and time again, their world has been disturbed.
Offerings taken. Little homes left bare.
For the third time now, the Putia garden has been left barren by quiet pilferers…
For the third time now, their tiny world has been undone.
What seems like a trinket to us is a treasure to them… and with each piece that disappears, the garden grows a little quieter.
But ✨ Putia will rebuild again, and the love will bloom once more for the fair folk.
So if you happen upon their dwellings, pause. Step lightly. Leave something behind instead of taking.
Because magic isn’t something we find…
It’s something we’re trusted with. ✨
And now… the Putia Police are watching. ☕✨

Full-service cafes are rare these days, and sometimes people do accidentally forget to pay before leaving. Rarely they come back. Times are getting tougher, with fuel surcharges being added to EVERYTHING, so every bit does count.
In this case, however, a card had declined and went unnoticed (I was too busy chatting with them🤭). Later the guest realised, called to apologise, and said they’d be in the following day. The next day, I found the cutest envelope slipped under the door, with a lovely handwritten letter and the payment.
Thank you for your honesty! The thoughtfulness and cuteness completely made my day 💛
