It’s not just the chefs who do all the hard work! Herb, Vinnie and Seth (not pictured) do all the yuck stuff - clean plates, cutlery, floors, bins etc. They also do lots of prep essential to the smooth running of service like picking herbs, making up trays of bacon and scramble egg mix. This is their last weekend of work with us as we cease trading Sunday 28th May 2pm. So they are looking for work! We can 💯 % recommend these young guns. Anyone looking for kitchen hands send us a message with your details and we will pass on to them. They are currently in year 11 and 12 so weekend work and some weekday nights only 🙌🏻
