Looking for trend-led recipe inspiration? We're riding the Dubai chocolate wave with our Individual Pistachio Cheesecake, turned into a Dubai Pistachio Cheesecake. See recipe below:
1. Melt butter and mix into kataifi pastry
2. Toast the kataifi in a fry pan
3. Melt chocolate
4. Mix melted chocolate into the kataifi
5. Layer the mixture on top of the cheesecake
6. Freeze briefly to set
7. Plate with extra pistachio cream

To reach Breene Place in Brisbane, there are several options for both public transport and driving/parking.
Public Transport:
1. Bus: Take any bus that goes to the Queen Street Bus Station in Brisbane CBD. From there, walk towards Adelaide Street and catch the 199 or 196 bus heading towards Ashgrove. Get off at the stop near Kelvin Grove Road. Breene Place is a short walk from there.
2. Train: Take a train to Roma Street Station in Brisbane CBD. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or catch a bus (199 or 196) from Roma Street busway station towards Ashgrove. Get off at the stop near Kelvin Grove Road and walk to Breene Place.
Driving/Parking:
If you prefer to drive, follow these directions:
From Brisbane CBD:
1. Head northwest on Ann Street.
2. Continue onto St Pauls Terrace.
3. Turn right onto Kelvin Grove Road.
4. Turn left onto Musk Avenue.
5. Turn right onto Blamey Street.
6. Turn left onto Breene Place.
Parking:
There is limited street parking available on Breene Place itself, but it may be difficult to find a spot during busy times. Alternatively, you can look for nearby paid parking lots or garages in the surrounding area.
