For many years, Blackbird Camp Hill has proudly showcased  — and now we’re excited to bring them to Blackbird Salisbury for the first time.
Founded in Melbourne in 2009 by Fleur Studd and Jason Scheltus, Market Lane is one of Australia’s most respected specialty coffee roasters. They are known for clean, sweet, and incredibly consistent coffees, with a strong focus on ethical sourcing and long-term relationships with coffee producers.
They’re special because they don’t chase trends — they focus on clarity, quality, and showcasing the true character of each coffee origin. That’s why so many baristas and home brewers love them.
We’re proud to serve Market Lane at Blackbird family because we only choose roasters who truly care about quality and consistency. Now both Camp Hill and Salisbury customers can enjoy one of Melbourne’s most iconic coffee roasters, freshly roasted and carefully selected for you.☕️❤️

From the streets of Barcelona, Spain 🇪🇸 — was founded by Jordi Mestre in 2011 after years competing and working in the world specialty coffee scene.
Today, NOMAD is recognised as one of Europe’s most respected coffee roasters — known for extremely clean, sweet and high-clarity coffees that are carefully sourced and roasted at the highest level. ☕️✨
What makes NOMAD special is not just “good coffee”.
It’s the obsession behind every detail:

What a crazy busy weekend for the Blackbird family, especially while we’re still sorting out staffing.
At .espresso , it was just my wife and myself, and at .salisbury we had a team of 5 (3 FOH and 2 BOH). A huge thank you to our amazing team for giving it their all.
We honestly did our best, but we know mistakes can still happen. If any of our customers experienced this, please accept our sincere apologies.
