We don’t get too many Bolivian coffees through the doors as it’s a small producing country, so when this one came in we were impressed.
Bang. Almond, caramel, milk chocolate, smooth as anything.
Pulled it as espresso and it just works.
Grown by Jhonny Corina in La Asunta, Sud Yungas a region that’s spent decades growing coca 🫣, not coffee.
He’s spent since 2015 proving specialty coffee can hold its own there. 16,000 trees, hand-picked, sun-dried, Java variety.
An easy drinker and a good entry point to single origin beans.
Grab it before it’s gone, we don’t know when we’ll see Bolivia in the lineup again.

No more grab and go from the fridge — head to the counter, order it, and we’ll make it fresh for you on the spot.

Two coffees. One region. And they couldn’t be more different.
The Gakui is a Peaberry: a naturally occurring mutation where a single bean develops inside the cherry instead of the usual two.
Peaberries have a flavour all their own that can’t be compared.
The Kii AA Kirinyaga is just a really exceptional Kenyan filter coffee. No mutation required.
