About the role:

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a hands on role, you’ll be on the machine, on the floor, and assisting with admin responsibilities behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

👉🏽Leading shifts and supporting the team
👉🏽Barista duties (confident on the machine)
👉🏽Customer service and issue resolution
👉🏽Assisting with rostering, stock control, and ordering
👉🏽Basic admin tasks and reporting

We’re looking for someone who:

👉🏽Has strong barista experience
👉🏽Has leadership or supervisor experience or a desire to step into a leadership role
👉🏽Is confident with basic admin and organisation
👉🏽Thrives in a busy café environment
👉🏽Is reliable, motivated, and a team player
