Good Morning,
Thank you everyone for your patience this week with it being a shorter week of opening for us.
We unfortunately have unexpected family circumstances that came up which will affect our trading hours. Tom’s family has not been feeling well, so he will be travelling back home to visit them.
This means for the next two weeks, including today, we will only be open Monday to Friday and will reopen with our normal trading hours on the 25th of May. This means that we are closed today (Saturday 9th) and the following two Saturdays as well.
We will still be serving our normal menu, however depending on how busy we get throughout the day, we may move to limited menu items due to having a lot less hands on board during this time.
Thank you all again for your understanding and continued support. Happy Mothers Day ❤️

Hi Team,
Just a quick long weekend update. We’re still open today (Saturday 2nd May) as per usual for lunch.
We will be closed on Monday (4th May) for Labour Day, and also closed on Tuesday (5th May) as we’ll be attending Jason’s graduation ceremony.
As many of you may have noticed this year, we’ve had a few less hands in the kitchen, as Jason has moved up north for his new adventures. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to get your food out as quickly as possible.
Thank you all for your continued support, it means a lot to our family ❤️

Good morning Phoever Team,
Haven't touched based in a while. We want to say thank you for your support as of recent through the thick and thin of everything. We thank you for your patience through the busy rush times as we work around with less hands as another child has moved away for work. In saying that, we apologise for anything that we have missed or the long wait times in the process.
Coming up is the Easter long weekend. We will be closed for the whole weekend from Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April inclusive. We will be back open on Tuesday 7th April.
We hope everyone enjoys the break and stays safe. We will see you back soon :)

Good Morning team,
What a crazy couple of weeks it’s been since we reopened! We are so incredibly grateful for everyone who has come in to support us, it’s been amazing seeing familiar faces again and meeting so many new ones❤️
We do have a bit of good news and bad news to share.
The good news is that Tom will be home soon, yay!
The not so good news is that we will be closed for a short period starting from tomorrow, Friday 23rd January, as we’ll be heading to Vietnam to check in on family. We are planning to reopen on Monday 2nd February.
Thank you so much again for all the love and support since our reopening, it truly means the world to us. We know many of you have experienced long wait times, and we’re really sorry about that. We truly appreciate your patience while we work as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we can’t wait to see you all again when we reopen 😊

Hi team!
Happy New Year! We hope everyone has been enjoying their holiday break!
Just jumping on quickly to let you know that we will be reopening on Tuesday 6th of January. Thank you for your patience! As mentioned in our last previous posts, we will continue to be open only from Monday to Friday until February 2026 as we wait for Tom to get back. There will also be a further short closure at the end of January so we can all check in with family in Vietnam. We’ll confirm those dates as we get closer. After this, we’ll be back to regular hours.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support! We hope to see new and familiar faces this year!

📣New Announcement📣
What a start to a week it has been! We were originally planning to announce that we’d be closing on Friday for our Christmas break, however we’ve decided to bring this forward as we have blown through all the stock due to an unexpected amount of customers this week. Therefore, we will now be closing today (Wednesday 17th December) or until we are sold out, which will likely be around the end of the lunch period.
Thank you so much to everyone for your incredible support throughout the year. We’ve shared so many highs and lows together; from creating new friendships and meeting wonderful families, to working through some long wait times (we’re so sorry about those!). We truly couldn’t have made it through the year without your patience, understanding, and support.
For our Christmas break, we will be closed for around two weeks and will announce our reopening date when it gets closer.
As mentioned in our previous post, we will continue to be open only from Monday to Friday until February 2026. As some of you already know, Tom is currently in Vietnam looking after for his parents, who have been unwell but are thankfully on the road to recovery. You would have seen some familiar faces working during this time, so we thank you for your patience as we work around it. There will also be a further short closure at the end of January so we can all check in with family in Vietnam so we’ll confirm those dates as we get closer. After this, we’ll be back to regular hours and scheduling and welcome Tom back.
Thank you again for an amazing year we can’t wait to see you all in 2026. Stay safe this holiday season, we will see you soon❤️❤️

Hi Team,
We like to thank everyone’s patience while we took some time away to look after family matters.
We’re happy to share that we will be back open on Tuesday 25th November.
Until the end of January of 2026, we will be having a few changes. We are continuing to have the full menu available, however, some items may be unavailable at times depending on how busy it gets. This is due to the extra short staff that we will have. With this, we will be open from Monday to Friday only. We will resume back to normal in February 2026.
As we get closer to the Christmas break, we’ll keep you updated with the dates that we will be closed from and further dates in January.
Thank you again for your understanding and support. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Hi Phoever Team,
We just wanted to let you all know that we'll be closing for a short period to attend some family circumstances. This coming Tuesday (4th Nov) will be our last trading day until we are sold out.
At this stage, we are unsure of the exact reopening date, but we will be closed for approximately 3 weeks. We will make a post to update you as soon as we know when we will be back. Hours and menu items may be temporarily changed when we reopen until early December (please ask what is available on the day). After reopening, we will be opened until our annual Christmas break, and we'll keep you posted of those dates when it comes closer.
We apologise for the late notice, as this came up unexpectedly. We really appreciate your support and understanding during this time. We hope to see you all again soon!
Tom and Hanh ❤️

Hi Team,
Apologies for the late notice. We will be closed for the Ekka public holiday on Wednesday 13th August. We will be back to normal on Thursday. We hope everyone is staying safe during this holiday period!
Thank you as always for your support and patience. We have definitely tried to make it work and accommodate for everyone, but some days it might not go to plan. So we thank you for still coming in and enjoying a warm bowl of Pho during these winter months.
We hope to see you all soon!

Hi team,
We are back open today. We’re feeling a bit better and ready to be back. We might be a little slower than usual as we get back into the swing of things, so please bear with us while we bring out your food. The kids will also be in and out as they have other commitments also.
We really appreciate your patience and support during these times. See you all soon!

What people say
Pho restaurants are known for their delicious and comforting bowls of noodle soup, and Vietnamese Pho Ever on Blinzinger Road in Brisbane is no exception. Despite occasional closures due to unforeseen circumstances, this restaurant consistently delivers on taste and quality.
Their pho broth is rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices and herbs. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the meat options (such as beef or chicken) are always tender and juicy. The portions are generous, making it a great value for money.
In addition to their pho, Vietnamese Pho Ever also offers other Vietnamese dishes such as banh mi sandwiches and rice paper rolls. These dishes are equally delicious and authentic.
The staff at Vietnamese Pho Ever are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
