Introducing our May special the “Birria Crunch” in collaboration with Masterchef’s
It starts with our freshly baked shokupan with a mozzarella crust, 14hr slow-cooked birria beef, epic sauce, shredded lettuce, white onion, coriander, doritos for the crunch, more onion + coriander + magic sprinkle on top. Served with a lime wedge and a cup of consome to dip the whole thing in.
