Chef Jono is serving his Crispy Confit Pork Belly Stack — slow‑cooked pork belly over muhammara (roasted capsicum & walnut) with mojo verde, a bright herb, garlic and citrus dressing. Finished with seared broccolini and carrots.

To get to Flinders Parade in Brisbane, you can take the train to South Bank station and then transfer to the 234 bus towards Cleveland. Get off at the stop near Flinders Parade and walk a few minutes to your destination.
If you prefer to drive, take the Pacific Motorway and exit onto Vulture Street. Turn right onto Grey Street and continue onto Dock Street. Turn left onto Main Street and then right onto Flinders Parade. There is street parking available in the area.
Alternatively, you can park at the nearby South Bank Parklands car park and walk to Flinders Parade from there.
