At , Garden of Vegan is a one night celebration dedicated entirely to plants, an exploration of flavour, technique and creativity that places vegetables at the centre of the table.
On 14.05.26, we invite you to experience a degustation that honours the earth’s quiet generosity while delivering the depth and indulgence you expect from an evening with us.
Start the evening with a zucchini flower stuffed with sundried tomato and macadamia mozzarella, a delicate opening that sets the tone.
Then move into an assiette of exotic mushrooms with cèpe purée, ice plant and tarragon, layered, earthy and refined.
Follow with celeriac cannelloni, potatoes and leek, before brussel sprouts meet Jerusalem artichoke purée, ras el hanout and kohlrabi, bringing warmth and spice to the centre of the experience.
A palate cleanser resets the senses, leading you into orange posset with coffee soil and candied zest, bright and balanced, before petit fours close the evening on a sweet final note.
One night only, thoughtfully composed, entirely plant based, and designed to be remembered, by you.
Bookings are open now via the link in bio. 🤍

We are deeply honoured to share that has been awarded 2 Chef Hats once again in the 2026 Chef Hat Awards , placing us within the top 1% of restaurants nationwide.
This recognition honours more than a single dish or moment — it reflects years of discipline, technical precision, creativity, and care. 🤍 Plate by plate, service by service, it acknowledges the quiet work that turns a meal into something memorable.
We’re deeply grateful to our chefs, our front-of-house team, and to the diners who continue to seek out thoughtful, refined dining and trust us with meaningful moments at the table.
This is a milestone we don’t take lightly.
We’ll keep refining, elevating, and doing the work.
Thank you for being part of it.
