is pretty happy with the updated lineup at Salisbury !! We finally removed the old hardware (wok burner, old two burner grill and single aged fryer) and installed the new-ish gear over Monday/Tuesday this week !!! We’ll be able to pump out a heap more smashies and loaded fries with this new line up !!! Especially that grill which holds a heap of history from its previous custodians at Old Skool BBQ !! 👊🏻 - Johnnys had a massive grin on his face all day and has been trying to get everyone to order smashies.. just so he could use it !!!! We’ve had a killer time this year in this very hospitable town !! This beautiful lady in the middle has been by my side since 2002.. and we’ve done plenty over the last 23/24 years.. chopper shops, bike shows, website companies, 3 amazing kids and now BBQ which she helps with when time and family allows.. but for all that time she’s held down a super big corporate job that without it, I’d not have had the security to risk starting up this business without her support and on many occasions financial help ! But as of this year.. she’s 100% BKB.. all the way !! She’s retired from corporate life after 31+ years with her last company and is now going to spend every waking (and sleeping) minute with her husband !? Let’s see how this goes..?? 😂😂😂 - watch out for big things to happen.. my wife.. does not like to sit still for very long !? 🤪
