King Of The Wings is a brand that was established by husband and wife duo Dylan & Katrina Pires back in late 2013. After numerous holidays over the past 10+ years to the USA and Canada to visit family, they grew a love for the wing culture and saw an opportunity back home where the craze had not taken off as yet. The pair had always dreamed of opening their own restaurant, and thus King Of The Wings was born.

The concept and brand name – 5 Boroughs is owned and was created by us, Todd and Marisa Clayton, in 2014. We have wealth of knowledge in food retail and franchising both nationally and internationally, and our experience has been integral in growing the brand to where it is today.
