To reach Lower Esplanade in Brisbane, you have a few options for public transport and driving/parking:
Public Transport:
1. Take a train to South Bank Station. From there, it's a short walk to Lower Esplanade.
2. Alternatively, you can take a bus to the Cultural Centre Busway Station. From there, it's also a short walk to Lower Esplanade.
Driving/Parking:
1. If you're driving from the north or south of Brisbane, take the Pacific Motorway (M3) and exit onto the Riverside Expressway (M3). Continue on the expressway until you reach the Victoria Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Grey Street. Follow Grey Street until you reach Lower Esplanade.
2. If you're driving from the west of Brisbane, take Milton Road (A41) towards the city center. Continue on Milton Road until it becomes Coronation Drive. Follow Coronation Drive along the river until you reach Victoria Bridge. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Grey Street. Follow Grey Street until you reach Lower Esplanade.

There are several parking options available near Lower Esplanade in Brisbane, including street parking and paid parking lots/garages in the surrounding area. It is recommended to check for available parking spaces and rates beforehand to ensure convenience during your visit.
