A little walk through our Rooftop Brewery with Head Brewer Matt - and a peek at our Flanders Red, resting 702 days in barrel.
Deep ruby, tart and layered with plum, raisin and a little balsamic edge — inspired by the classic Flanders Reds of West Belgium, often dubbed the “Burgundy of Belgium”.
Aged patiently in tight-grain ex-Chardonnay oak, chosen to soften the oak influence and let the beer find its own pace. Worth the wait.

Thursday April 2 — Easter Kick-Off (Pre Public Holiday)
Start the night early on the dance floor and stay for the full URBANO experience. Live salsa from 6pm with Chukale sets the tone, before the energy shifts into live reggaeton with Sona Fuego and DJs through the night — all under one roof across Cloudland Garden and Palais.
