Double silver at and .royal and we don't normally submit our Saucy W***h Chilli Oil for competitions, as there are so many chilli oils out there and they are soooo different! This is a personal favourite. It's spicy but not burn your face off. It's tasty and a total WWWOOOH addition to your dish. I'd put it on my Hokkien Mee, my CKT, my dumplings. Just one word for it -- SYIOK!!

The Asian Aunties love this. And when they found out they never had to peel loads of ginger and deseed kilos of chilli ever again to make this, they bought up large. Silver and Bronze twice in a row in 2024 and 2025 in and .royal

Another Silver for our Saucy W***h Satay Sauce from but it's won the hearts of so many already for being the real deal Malaysian Satay Sauce. Asian Aunty approved!

20/05/2026
Coming in with another Bronze at the , Saucy W***h Chilli Jam is literally our best seller, even though it confuses the Asian Aunties. Jam goes with.... anything ( serves them with meatballs, and all the Asian Aunties love Ikea's meatballs!!!)

Silverrrrrr from the which goes to show that medals from food awards can vary so much, some people think our Saucy W***h Plum Sauce is amazing, some people prefer the neon corn syrup thing with flecks that calls itself Plum Sauce. But Asian Aunties know that "not so sweet" is the highest accolade one can give to something... sweet.

And coming in at Bronze at the is our mamak stall inspired Green Sambal! Great for late night noodles, roti, burgers, hotdogs, chicken, steak, just whatever you're craving...

It's getting a little cooler so here's an excuse to get a pack of our Chicken & Wombok dumplings and cook it over a fire. Just make sure you add a little water and have a steel lid to cover it for a little while.
The result? A smoky, crunchy, comforting fire-side snack, with some Saucy W***h Garlic Eschallot Vinaigrette or sambal-style Chilli Oil.

A most unique experience at where we paired our custom made Lamb & Rosemary wontons, folded in a pinwheel, with Garlic Fairy Floss!
Our wontons were served on art pieces adorning the walls of and people could drop a token to Saucy the Carnie and help themselves to a Lamb Wonton.
A really fun concept, and we loved being part of it!

RIP to an absolute Legend, Chuck Norris.
He featured on my market stall sign post-COVID and made many chuckle.
"Chuck Norris used some sticks to eat some food and disarm a bad guy. That's how they got named CHOPSTICKS"
