Last Saturday, we welcomed guests for an unforgettable evening Soirée Montrachet - a celebration of French dining, craftsmanship and culinary storytelling.
Presented by King St and Good Food Events, the evening saw Chef Clément Chauvin joined by acclaimed pastry chef and 2020 MasterChef Australia winner, Emelia Jackson, for a one-night-only collaboration. From refined technique to thoughtful flavour, the experience brought together two celebrated chefs for a menu that paid homage to Parisian dining in true Montrachet style.
