✨ One-Pan Gnocchi Recipe
• Preheat oven to 180°C
• Add gnocchi, zucchini, tomatoes, capsicum, onion and garlic to an oven-safe pan
• Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and herbs
• Toss to combine, cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes
• Remove foil, sprinkle over half a packet of Community Co Parmesan and return to the oven until golden
• Finish with remaining Parmesan and serve
